Executive Coaching
Through 1:1 coaching, we support senior leaders as they navigate different aspects of their journey toward more inclusive leadership. This includes helping leaders develop a deeper understanding of DEI as a value and gain clarity on how to apply DEI principles in their day-to-day.
Strategy Consulting
From fostering inclusive cultures to creating equitable community impact, we partner with nonprofits, foundations, and businesses to develop anti-racist, anti-oppressive strategies and programs that advance equity and inclusion, particularly for women and people of color.
Training & Facilitation
We provide webinars, workshops and keynotes that serve as a catalyst for change amongst individuals and organizations by enhancing their connection to DEI and helping attendees feel equipped and inspired to advance DEI in their spheres of influence.
