What is Coaching?
Coaches provide a safe, supported and confidential space for you to engage in inward exploration, gain new perspective and make impactful shifts toward identifying and achieving your given goals. Where an advisor provides support by giving advice and tips, coaches use powerful questions and other tools that tap into and broaden self-awareness and conscientiousness.
Who Do We Coach?
We provide 1-on-1 coaching support to those looking to grow as liberatory leaders. Though there is not a singular definition for liberatory leadership, at its core liberatory leadership is about grounding in abundance, honoring the wholeness of our person (i.e., not only our intellect but our emotions, our bodies and environmental connectedness) and appreciating our interdependence in the pursuit of collective transformation and thriving. Because we take an expansive view of leadership we coach individuals in a variety of roles such as senior leaders, middle managers, community leaders and more.
Why Get a Coach?
Coaching creates the opportunity to 1) pause and give attention to matters of importance to you, 2) have a judgment-free environment that facilitates depth and openness in the areas to be explored, and 3) receive support on matters in which it may be difficult to gain insight on your own.
Coaching has been shown to have a myriad of benefits including combating isolation, increased confidence, enhanced ability to engage in strength-based approaches, a greater sense of self awareness, deeper connection to purpose and values, and improved time management.
Facilitation and Training
Our team has successfully delivered training and facilitation services to thousands of individuals nationwide. We offer extensive experience in both virtual and in-person engagements, including staff retreats, webinars, capacity-building workshop series, and sustained support for working groups/coalitions focused on achieving long-term goals. Our engagements are thoughtfully customized to address each organization’s needs and our design contemplates internal and external dynamics that impact how these important conversations can effectively take place. We enable the sharing of experiences and wisdom in the room while also introducing additional concepts and tools that broaden perspectives, clarify complex ideas, and promote belonging. Our facilitation utilizes a multitude of methods that create psychologically safe, interactive spaces that generate reflection, connection and transformation.

Policy Assessment and Development
We support organizations in the revision or creation of organizational policies. Specifically, we provide policy guidance that enhances clarity, accessibility and fairness for employees of all identities and that enable the policies to more effectively meet the needs of the organization and its stakeholders, e.g., becoming a more trauma-informed workplace.
